Guided setup
Create a trip memory book.
Start with a permit, trip notes, or camp list if you have one. Trip Brief will pull out the river, dates, route, crew, and camps, then you can review and edit before creating the book.
Journal creators need an account. Shared viewers and uploaders can still use invite links without one.
Choose the book style
Start simple, or build the full photo story.
Start with permit or notes
Upload paperwork first so we can fill in the trip details for you.
We will fill in dates, river, route, and camps when your permit or notes include them.
Review trip basics
Confirm what we found, or fill in anything the paperwork missed.
Route and overnight camps
Put-in, take-out, and the camps you slept at help sort photos by day and suggest river places.
These anchor the route. If the river is in our catalog, we fill the common put-in and take-out when we know them.
Users can skip camp names, but day camps make photo sorting much smarter.
Ready when this looks right
Create the trip book
We’ll save the draft, store the source material, create the crew upload link, and open the book builder.
